Turnaround Time is the time it takes to manufacture your order from your APPROVED print ready files.

There are 2 ways to start the clock ticking...

1. Submit your order with a 'NO PROOF' option.
• We strongly suggest that you order a proof. If there are any problems with your order, you are accepting full responsibility.  Please read our Terms & Conditions for clarification.

2. Approve your PDF PROOF we email you once our files are received or fully completed by our design staff.

• TURNAROUND TIMES START AFTER PROOF APPROVAL.
• Turnaround Time is calculated in BUSINESS DAYS  AND EXCLUDES HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS.
• WEEKEND and HOLIDAY JOB SUBMISSIONS CALCULATE BEGINNING ON THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY.

Proofing Turnaround Times:
Allow 24 hours for PDF proofs to be available and emailed to you once artwork is submitted for print.
On NO PROOF orders, files will be processed in order received.

RESUBMITTED FILES
On orders with Resubmitted files, please allow 24 hours for file processing after file is submitted.

Shipping:
Please allow 3-5 days for files to be shipped to your shipping address indicated when the order is placed.

EXPRESS SERVICES AVAILABLE:

Express 1 day = 24 hours (50% print up charge, $25.00 minimum) 
• Place your NO PROOF order by 9:00 am CST, and your order will ship the following
BUSINESS DAY.
• Submit your PROOF APPROVAL by 9:00 am CST, and your order will ship the following BUSINESS DAY.
• Any orders received after 9:00 a.m. CST will be processed the following BUSINESS DAY!

Express 2 day = 48 hours (20% print up charge, $25.00 minimum) 
• Place your NO PROOF order by 9:00 am CST, and your order will ship in 2 BUSINESS DAYS.
• Submit  PROOF APPROVAL by 9:00 am CST, and your order will ship in 2 BUSINESS DAYS.
• Any orders received after 9:00 a.m. CST will be processed the following BUSINESS DAY!

Express 3 day = 72 hours (20% up charge, $25.00 minimum) 
Available on a limited selection of Products.
• Place your NO PROOF order by 10:00 am PST, and your order will ship in 3 BUSINESS DAYS.
• Submit  PROOF APPROVAL by 10:00 am PST, and your order will ship in 3 BUSINESS DAYS.
• Any orders received after 10:00 a.m. PST will be processed the following BUSINESS DAY!

Shipping Time is not included in Turnaround Time.


SUBMISSION OF ARTWORK OR GRAPHICS:

Images, designs and artwork must be submitted in CMYK format. Avenue A Design cannot be held responsible for any color shift that may occur in conversions to CMYK. Images, designs and artwork must be submitted with a minimum of 300 DPI and CMYK color mode. Customer provided artwork may vary in quality, therefore, Avenue A Design cannot be held responsible for pixilated, blurry or distorted images.


COLOR PROOFING & MATCHING

Avenue A Design cannot be held responsible for matching colors or ink densities on screen proofs approved by customers. Screen proofs can be used to help display layout, text accuracy, and image placement and proportion, but not color or density.

Avenue A Design will make every effort to match the gradient density of each color, however, we cannot be held responsible for the final appearance of a color. The appearance of printed colors may be affected by UV coating, therefore, Avenue A Design cannot be held responsible for final color appearance of UV-coated products.


ORDER PROOFS

It is the client’s responsibility to review the final proof and layout of all orders prior to actual printing. Once the final proof has been confirmed by the client, no further changes can be made to that order. On orders placed with the NO PROOF option, no changes may be made to the order after submission. This includes changes to bindery and shipping. Please review the final proof carefully prior to completing your order. Avenue A Design will not accept responsibility for typographical errors, errors in spelling, grammar, punctuation, graphics, fonts or content once the file is approved by a client. Avenue A Design will not be held responsible for client errors in finished product sizes, wrong cuts, or missing or incorrect folds.
